DR. GARY SATO, D.C. CONDUCTS ZAMST INJURY PREVENTION DISCUSSION AT KEY VOLLEYBALL EVENTS

ZAMST Advisor, Dr. Gary Sato, D.C. recently completed a series of ZAMST-sponsored injury prevention discussions in cooperation with the M2 Volleyball Camps and Clinics in Hawaii, owned and operated by 2-time Olympic Beach Volleyball Gold Medalist, Misty May-Treanor, and at a U.S. Men’s National Coach Volleyball Camp at Desert Valley High School in Phoenix, AZ. Sato, the father of 3 junior volleyball players (Andrew, 17; Katie, 15; and Malia, 11) designed the discussions to focus on proper stretching techniques, cool down routines, and the use of ZAMST products such as the A1 ankle brace and IW-2 icing kit to prevent injury and maintain good fitness during training. “There are thousands of…

ZAMST Attends First Race of 2011 National Trail Running Cup

ZAMST has continued its development in the Running/Trail market by partnering with the 2011 National Trail Running Cup. This cup includes 8 races throughout France and the creation of a “race service” for the runners, a partnership with PodoOutdoor’s chiropodists to be present during the race. The cup will also feature a recuperation service (icing) at the end of each race. ZAMST will educate trailers about injury prevention and allow them to test the products. At each race participants will be able to use products from ZAMST the day before and the day of the race. Misty May-Treanor, the defending 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist in beach volleyball (2004, 2008) made a special appearance in December at 2010 AVCA All-American Banquet, presented by ZAMST to honor the nation’s top NCAA women’s collegiate volleyball players.
